Auditions have been announced through Social Media, The Suburban Press, The Toledo Blade, Buzz on the Bay, through local churches, posters placed throughout the city, and word of mouth. We hope there are so many people for both shows that it is difficult to cast. The wonderful thing is that EVERYONE can somehow be involved in the debut produciton of the Ohio veriosn of From the Heart Theater Group. Even those who tryout for Charlie Browna dn don't make the cast may have options for working behind the scenes, singing for the show, or being in One Bethlehem Night. One Bethlehem Night has dozens of roles for Extras/Crowd/Chorus which makes it a great entry show for those who have never done live theater before along side veterans who also audtion and get cast in the show. We are super excited to see everyone come to auditions, make new friends and tell the true story of Christmas. :D

Due to the license being restricted for "It's a Wonderful Life - the Musical" we are set to do something we have never done before - do two shows in the same production. The title of the first show will be VERY recognizable but can't yet be released as we are waiting on a license for that show (we have learned our lesson not to say what we are doing till we have the license approved). That show runs only a half hour and will be performed by middle and senior high school students. That show will flow nicely into the second which has a run time of an hour and is also great for families with a cast of adults and children. It is called "One Bethlehem Night" a broadway-style musical that shows what might have happened that first Christmas night around the Inn and the stable in Bethlehem. To listen to the music, you may go to: and click on Audio/video preview.

As soon as the other license is obtained - all announcements for auditions/rehearsals and performances will be made.
